The Objective
To deliver a standout event production for awards that combined the elegance of The Langham London with BAFTA’s signature gold and the excitement of the gaming industry. The aim: create a high-end, visually stunning event to honour the UK’s top gaming talent — all while meeting the technical demands of a historic five-star venue.
Our Approach
Powerhouse worked closely with BAFTA and the venue team to create an immersive awards ceremony setup that balanced heritage style with modern flair. Our in-house designers produced full CAD layouts and 3D visuals, allowing all stakeholders to preview the flow, branding and technical layout in advance. The centrepiece? A bespoke gold DJ booth, framed by ambient lighting and elevated production design — making this more than just an event, but a celebration.
