What types of private events do you produce?

How do you approach privacy?
Discretion is part of how we approach a private commission. Tell us about your confidentiality, photography and publicity requirements at the outset so these can be agreed with the people involved. Our royal, parliamentary and celebrity commissions are not shown on this page.
Can you work with our planner or personal representative?
Yes. We can coordinate the technical production through your planner, venue team or nominated representative. We agree responsibilities and points of contact so decisions, design details and event timings stay clear.
Can you produce an event at a private home or garden?
Yes. The design starts with the space and its practical requirements, including access, power, installation time, weather considerations and sound. We agree the production scope with your planner and other suppliers before the event.
What does luxury private event production cost?
Each commission is quoted individually. The venue, guest numbers, bespoke construction, sound and lighting, video, crew and installation requirements all influence the production budget. An indicative budget helps us develop a realistic design and prioritise what matters most to you.
Do you work outside London?
Our team is based in New Barnet, North London, and provides private event production across the UK. Share the event location and date so we can discuss availability, logistics and the appropriate team.
