A note to the planner
Behind every beautiful event,
a relationship that works.
Your clients trust your judgement. Every introduction you make, every detail you promise and every supplier you bring into the room reflects on you.
We understand that responsibility. As your event production partner, we work around your creative direction and your way of working, connecting the atmosphere you want to create with the technical decisions that make it possible.
Bring us an early thought, a developed design or a brief that needs another pair of experienced eyes. We’ll help you move it forward.
Your relationship. Our shared commitment.
The understanding between us
Alongside you.
On your terms.
A good partnership gives you confidence in the people behind the production, as well as the result in front of your client.
You lead the relationship.
We agree how introductions, meetings and approvals work. We can support you as Powerhouse or work white-label, with client communications following the approach you choose.
Your ideas stay at the centre.
We respond to the design intent, considering lighting, sound, scenic finishes and the way guests experience the space. Practical advice should help the idea develop.
The detail is clear.
Defined scope, considered options and clear costs help you make decisions. If a brief changes, we work through the effect on the budget, schedule and delivery with you.
Discretion is part of the work.
We respect confidential briefs and private occasions. We agree any photography, publicity and credit in advance, and can discuss NDA requirements before sensitive details are shared.

For the moments that matter
Let them feel
the occasion.
You know the detail.
The warmth of a room as guests arrive. A speech heard clearly from every table. The change of atmosphere as dinner becomes an evening celebration.
We help you plan those moments as one connected experience. Lighting, sound, staging and video work with the room, the entertainment and the other creative suppliers you have brought together.

From the first conversation
Considered early.
Carried through.
A one-off event can be the beginning of a lasting working relationship. We get to know your standards, your clients and how you like to plan, so the next brief starts with a shared understanding.
Understand the intention.
Share the occasion, venue, guest experience and working budget. We explore priorities and practical considerations with you before proposing the approach.
Make the plan tangible.
Production options, layouts and 3D visualisation help clarify the design. We define scope and technical requirements, and support the conversations needed for approval.
Bring the teams together.
We coordinate technical schedules, access, power, rigging and crew with the venue and your other suppliers, working within the agreed event plan.
Deliver. Review. Build on it.
Our team installs, operates and de-rigs the agreed production. Afterwards, we review what worked and carry that knowledge into your next event.

Before we begin
A few things, understood.
Can you work under our brand?
Yes. We can work white-label or as Powerhouse. We agree how our team is introduced, who handles client contact and how proposals and approvals are managed.
Do we need a complete brief before getting in touch?
No. An early conversation can help establish feasibility, priorities and a sensible production approach. A venue, an outline of the occasion and an indication of budget are useful starting points.
Can you work with our florist, designer and entertainment team?
Yes. We coordinate the agreed technical elements with your creative suppliers and venue team, considering layouts, schedules and the requirements of performers and speakers.
Can you support one element or the entire production?
Both. We can discuss individual requirements such as lighting, sound or staging, or a coordinated production package including scenic build, video and technical management.
How do you handle confidential events?
We agree confidentiality, client communications and any photography or publicity requirements with you. If an NDA is required, we can discuss it before you share sensitive event information.
A partnership starts with a conversation
For your next event.
And the one after that.
Tell us about the events you create and the kind of production partner you want alongside you. We’d love to explore how we could work together.
