Bar & Bat Mitzvah production in London
A little extraordinary.
A lot of them.
This is their moment, and it deserves more than an off-the-shelf party. Think a favourite colour taking over the room, their name across the stage, or a dance floor that becomes the centre of their world.
Powerhouse designs and delivers bespoke Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah party production in London and across the UK. Our North London team brings together stage and set design, PA and sound, lighting, LED video walls and dance floors. From the first room plan to the final lighting cue, we work with your family, event planner and venue to make the celebration personal.

Make it
their world.
The colours. The stage. The screens. The way the whole room feels. We bring those details together into one celebration, with space for the family moments as well as the party.
Their own little universe.
Personalised stage sets, DJ booths and scenic finishes carry their identity through the room. Our set and stage design brings the theme, colours and space together, with a dance floor at the heart of the party.

Paint the room in possibility.
Bar and Bat Mitzvah lighting design combines room colour, stage lighting and programmed effects. Move from a warm family welcome to speeches, the entrance and a dance floor full of energy.

A few things
worth knowing.
Do you produce both Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties?
Yes. We shape the production around the person being celebrated and the family’s plans. The design can be bold, elegant, colourful or a mix of all three.
Can you work with our party planner and DJ?
Yes. We coordinate the technical production with your planner, venue and entertainers, including the stage layout, sound requirements, lighting and running order.
Can we see the design before the event?
We can include CAD room plans and 3D visualisation where useful. These help explore layouts, stage design and how the production will sit within your venue.
What affects the production budget?
Bar and Bat Mitzvah production is quoted around the venue, guest numbers and design. Bespoke staging, screen sizes, sound and lighting, crew hours and installation access all affect the cost. Share your date, venue and an indicative production budget so we can prioritise the elements that matter most to your family.
Where do you provide Bar and Bat Mitzvah production?
Our team is based in New Barnet, North London, and delivers event production in London and across the UK. The projects on this page include StoneX Stadium, Sopwell House, Mill Hill Synagogue and a private North London garden. Tell us your venue and date so we can discuss access, travel and the production required.
How far ahead should we enquire?
Get in touch once you have a likely date, even if your venue or theme is still taking shape. Early conversations give us time to explore the room layout, bespoke stage design and technical requirements. Availability depends on the date and scope, so send us your plans and we will discuss what is possible.
What is included in Bar or Bat Mitzvah production?
We agree the scope around your celebration. It can include stage and set design, a personalised DJ booth, sound systems, microphones, lighting, LED screens, dance floors and technical crew. We coordinate with your planner and entertainment suppliers, and confirm installation, show operation and removal in the proposal.
