The room is only
the beginning.
Live event streaming and hybrid production in London and across the UK. Cameras, sound, vision mixing and remote contributors — bringing the people in the room and the people online into the same conversation.
Plan your broadcast

A physical space.
Sound, screens and lighting support the people in front of the stage. We integrate the venue production with the stream so each audience gets the experience it needs.
for the screen.
A closer view of the speaker. A full-size slide. A clear name caption. We compose the programme for people watching online, with a dedicated audio mix. Illustrative treatment using Powerhouse event photography.
Human judgement.
Technical control.
Knowing when to change camera. Bringing a remote speaker into the conversation. Keeping the presentation and the presenter together. Our operators shape the stream as the event unfolds.

A speaker, an audience and a shared moment. We plan the cameras and sound around what is happening in the space.

The monitor shows a close camera view and a branded title slide ready for selection. These are production sources and previews, rather than the finished audience stream.
See the moment.
Multi-camera coverage for conferences, panels, launches and performances. We plan camera positions and switch between the views that help your audience follow the story.
Hear every word.
Microphones and a stream audio mix bring speakers, playback and audience questions together. The sound for online viewers is considered alongside the PA in the room.
Bring everyone in.
Remote contributors, presentation feeds and branded graphics become part of the production. We plan how speakers join, how they hear the room and how questions reach them.
Choose your destination.
We help plan delivery to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or a private event platform. Platform access, audience permissions, venue connectivity and recordings are agreed around your brief.
In the room.
And beyond it.

One evening.
Two ways to be there.
Powerhouse brought together sound, lighting, stage design, screens and multi-camera live streaming for Jnetics. Lower-third graphics and live vision mixing supported the online programme alongside the experience in the venue.

A live broadcast can become an event of its own. For an Audi showroom in Hereford, Powerhouse streamed Monaco F1 live into the venue, creating a shared viewing experience.

Map the audience.
Who is attending, where are they watching, and what should they take away? We shape the format, platform and production around those answers.
Build the running order.
Camera cues, presentations, graphics, remote speakers and playback. We bring the inputs together and agree what happens when.
Check the connections.
Venue internet, signal routing, audio and contributor checks are planned before the show. We agree appropriate backup options for the event.
Deliver. Monitor. Record.
Our crew monitor the programme and stream during the event. Recordings and any post-event deliverables are agreed in advance.
Let’s clear the signal.
Can you produce a hybrid event as well as the live stream?
Yes. We can combine venue sound, lighting, staging and screens with cameras, vision mixing and streaming. Planning both experiences together helps in-person guests, remote viewers and contributors follow the same event. Explore our technical event production services.
Can our stream be private or include remote speakers?
We can plan streams for public or restricted audiences and integrate remote contributors. The right approach depends on your platform, access requirements, audience and format. We agree the joining process and technical checks with you before the event.
What internet connection does the venue need?
The connection needs to suit your stream format and platform. We review available upload capacity, stability and network access with the venue, then plan testing and any appropriate backup options. Tell us the venue early so connectivity can be part of the production plan.
Can we have a recording afterwards?
Yes. We can include recording in the production brief. We agree which output to capture and how it will be supplied, so you know what you will receive after the event.
What do you need to quote for live event streaming?
Start with the date, venue, running time, expected audience and event format. It also helps to know about speakers, remote guests, presentations, your preferred streaming platform and any recording requirements. We can work through the details with you.
