A room full of people.
A reason to remember.

Your event has a job to do. Recognise achievement. Strengthen relationships. Bring a cause into focus. The production should give that purpose a stage.

Powerhouse delivers corporate event production across London and the UK, bringing sound, lighting, staging, screens and technical crew into one coordinated plan. We work with businesses, charities, agencies and event organisers, from the initial brief through installation and the live event.

Three reasons to bring the room together
01

Awards ceremonies.
Give achievement
its moment.

The pause before a name. The walk to the stage. The applause. Awards ceremony production connects presenters, category content, music and lighting around a carefully planned running order.

02

Gala dinners.
Set the tone.
Then change it.

Welcome drinks, dinner, speeches and entertainment ask different things of the room. We plan the sound, lighting and stage around those changes, keeping your brand visible and your guests part of the occasion.

03

Charity events.
Put your cause
centre stage.

When someone shares their story, every word matters. For charity balls and fundraising dinners, we bring clear speech, films, auction presentations and lighting together to support your message and the moments when you ask guests to act.

A message worth listening to

The room goes quiet.
The story lands.

For a charity event, the production has a very personal job: help people connect with the reason they are there. A clearly heard speaker. A visible message. A stage that gives the story space.

We plan microphones, speaker coverage, lighting and presentation playback around the people delivering your message.

Every cue counts.

A live occasion is a sequence of decisions. Explore how the production changes as the evening unfolds.

01The room opens

Architectural lighting, stage finishes and carefully positioned screens establish the setting. We plan sightlines and speaker coverage around the room layout.

02The room listens

Presenter microphones, speech reinforcement and live pictures help guests follow the message. Playback is prepared around your presentation files and running order.

03The name is called

Category visuals, walk-up music and lighting cues are coordinated with the host, so the production supports the reveal and the journey to the stage.

04The cause takes focus

Films, auction lots and fundraising messages need clear playback and legible screens. We agree the sequence with your event team before the room fills.

05The evening lifts

The lighting shifts, the music builds and the stage changes purpose. We coordinate band or DJ requirements and the transition into entertainment.

Real occasions. Real production.

The brief.
Made tangible.

Working with Funkie Functions, we delivered staging, sound, lighting, live video coverage and technical crew for an evening moving between dinner, speeches and entertainment.

Architectural lighting brought the historic venue into the design, while live camera feeds kept the speakers visible to the room.

BAFTA in its DNA.

For the BAFTA Games Nominees Party, CAD layouts and 3D visuals brought the plan into focus before installation. A custom gold DJ booth, sound, lighting and on-site crew carried that design into the evening.

One production plan.
Fewer loose ends.

A strong proposal makes the creative and practical decisions clear. We shape the scope around your priorities, budget, venue and schedule, coordinating with the people already involved in your event.

  1. Define the occasion

Audience, purpose, format, venue, date and budget. Start with what success needs to look and feel like.

  2. Design the production

Agree staging and scenic design, branding, sound, lighting and video. Use CAD layouts and 3D visualisation where they help decisions and approvals.

  3. Prepare the show

Coordinate access, content formats, presenters, performers, rehearsal time and the running order.

  4. Bring it to life

Installation, technical checks, agreed show operation and planned removal, with a crew who understands the event.

Before the first cue

The practical
questions.

What does corporate event production include?

Depending on your brief, it can include staging, scenic finishes, branding, lighting, sound systems, microphones, screens, live camera coverage and technical crew. We agree what is included in the proposal.

Can you work with our venue and event agency?

Yes. We coordinate the production with venue teams, agencies, planners, caterers and performers. Share the access arrangements, supplier contacts and draft schedule so we can plan together.

Can you handle awards presentations and show cues?

We can coordinate presentation playback, microphones, music and lighting around your running order. Content requirements, presenter arrangements and rehearsal time are agreed during planning.

Do you provide production outside London?

Yes. Powerhouse is based in London and provides corporate event production across the UK. The venue, installation schedule and crew requirements inform the proposal.

What affects the production budget?

The room size, guest numbers, stage design, screen requirements, content, crew and access times all affect the scope. An indicative budget helps us prioritise the elements that matter most to your event.
