From the first room layout to the final lighting cue, our team plans how your event will look, sound and work. We coordinate staging, scenic build, lighting, PA and audio, video and on-site crew around your brief, your venue and your budget.

What does your event production service include?
We agree the scope around your event. It can include creative production design, room layouts, staging and scenic build, PA and audio, lighting, video screens, live streaming, equipment, installation and on-site technical crew. Your proposal sets out the elements included.
Do you produce events outside London?
Yes. Powerhouse is based in New Barnet, North London, and supports event production in London and across the UK. Share the venue and date so we can discuss access, logistics and the team your event needs.
Can you work with our planner, agency or venue?
Yes. We can work directly with you or alongside an existing creative team, event planner or venue. We agree responsibilities early and coordinate the production design and technical delivery with the wider event plan.
How much does event production cost?
The cost depends on the venue, design, audience size, equipment, crew and installation schedule. A conference stage and a fully themed private party have different requirements. Share your priorities and an indicative budget so we can propose a suitable scope.
