This room
doesn’t
exist.
Yet.

First we imagine it. Then we make it make sense. Explore your event’s layout, lighting and look with our 3D event design, CAD and visualisation service in London and across the UK.

STAGESPACE TO CELEBRATEGOOD ROOM. WRONG ARRANGEMENT.THAT’S BETTER. ROOM TO CELEBRATE.THE GROVE / SIMPLIFIED POWERHOUSE ROOM DESIGN / NOT TO SCALE

Clear the dance floor. Give the stage its place.

Big ideas. Actual dimensions.

A little imagination.
A lot of intention.

We turn an event brief into a space you can understand. Room layouts, stages, scenic elements, screens and lighting are considered together, so you can make decisions before the build begins.

Looks like an idea. Works like a plan. ↗

Different views answer different questions. A plan explains where things go. A 3D view helps you judge scale, appearance and how the elements sit within the room. Here, the technical drawing and Royal Lancaster visualisation show the same event design.

The best time to move a stage? Before it’s built.

What
happens
if…?

A dinner and a presentation need different things from the same room. Try the layouts, then imagine what else we could explore for your event.

Guest flow. Stage position. Screen visibility. Space to meet, move and enjoy the show.

Try a different use for the room
STAGE + SCREENWAY IN

Room to connect. Round tables change how guests interact and how circulation needs to work around them.

A shared focus. Rows face the stage, with a central aisle and screen position to consider from each seat.

Illustrative layouts only. Real capacity and access depend on your venue and event requirements.

One project. From the proposed design to the finished room.

See the atmosphere.
Before the doors open.

Explore how the stage, lighting, scenic finishes and screens work together. A visualisation gives your team, planner and venue a shared picture to discuss and refine.

Meet the technical production behind it

Make the room
make sense.

Review stage and seating layouts, guest sightlines, screen placement and camera angles. See how the event uses the room, including the parts that are easy to miss on a mood board.

02 /

Try the bold idea.
Then refine it.

Explore scenic forms, branded elements, lighting and atmosphere before committing to the build. We bring creative ideas together with real equipment positions and venue constraints.

Designed by the team
that delivers.

Our visualisation work sits within our event production process. The people planning the design also understand installation, technical delivery and what needs to happen on site.

The practical bit

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What can you design and visualise?

We can explore event room and stage layouts, scenic and branded elements, lighting design, screen positions, guest sightlines and camera angles. The right views depend on the decisions your project needs to make.

What do you need from us to get started?

Share your brief, event date, venue and any available room plans or dimensions. Guest numbers, preferred layouts, brand guidelines, references and a budget help us shape the design around your priorities.

Is a 3D visualisation a photograph of the finished event?

No. It is a digital representation of the proposed design, used to explore the layout and look before installation. Materials, lighting and venue conditions can affect how the finished event appears.

Can you help our planner or creative agency?

Yes. We work with planners, agencies, brand teams and venues to communicate concepts and resolve practical questions. The design gives everyone a shared reference before production begins.

Unbuilt ideas welcome
