Thank you both for providing a most awesome night of entertainment at the Queen's Gate 120th Anniversary Gala Dinner held at The Dorchester last night.

 

The lighting and sound was stunning; Joe was most professional and helpful throughout the day and night; and music was perfectly played by Dean to keep the dance floor flowing without a break until the end of the night!

 

A truly memorable event. We will ask Andrea the Dorchester Event Manager to bear you in mind whenever she is asked for entertainment recommendations.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service we received from you and your firm. The speakers worked perfectly and sounded great, and the ample cabling you gave us really came in useful.
I'm very sorry about the hassle you've had with us regarding the missing lights/pole and broken cable. Thank you for being so understanding. I must also apologise for the muck on the subwoofers, I'm sure it came off but we should have done that ourselves. Finally, many thanks for refunding the whole deposit; we know you didn't have to do that and we really appreciate the gesture. You can be sure that we will look no further than Powerhouse next time we're in need of similar equipment (assuming you'll do business with us again!).
